The Hall Line James Hall (2xGGRandfather) 1839 - ????  M  Isabella Robson 1842 - ???? James Hall was born on 13th March 1839 at East Lilburn and was baptised on 31st March at West Chapel Prebyterian, Wooler. He married Isabella Robson, born in 1842 at Fowberry New Hall, in 1862. They had five children :- John Hall was born in 1863 at Brandon White House. He worked as a roadman/labourer. No further information. Thomas Hall was born in 1866 at Akeld. See GGrandfather. Margaret Ann Hall was born in 1867 at Eglingham and died in 1933. She married John Pringle in 1892. John was born in 1866 at Shotton, Northumberland and died in 1952. He worked as a guard on electric trains. They had two children, John William Pringle born 1893 in Alnwick and James Hall Pringle born on 14th June 1896 in Alnwick. Isabella Hall was born in 1872 at Hedgley Cottages. She married Thomas Crawford on 14th October 1899 at Eglingham. Thomas was born in 1870 at Outchester and worked as a colliery labourer above ground. They had four children, Isabella Renton Crawford born 1900 in South Charlton, Andrew Crawford born 11th September 1902 at Alnwick, died 3rd January 1987, Charlotte Mary Adelaide Crawford born 1905 in Alnwick and Thomas Victor Crawford born 1908 in South Broomhill. Mary Hall was born in 1878 at Hedgley Cottages. Thomas Hall was born in 1814 at Wooler and was baptised on 16th October at St Marys Church, Wooler.  He married Mary Brewis on 5th May 1838 at Eglingham.Mary was born on 4th January 1813 and was baptised on 12th January 1813 at Pottergate Street Scottish Presbyterian, Alnwick. They had two children, James Hall born 13th March 1839 (my 2xGGrandfather) and Ann Hall born 1844 at Hedgley. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- James Hall (4xGGrandfather) 1790 - ????  M  Mary Bowmaker 1785 - ???? James Hall was born about 1790 and was a butcher. He married Mary Bowmaker, born 1785 at Belford. Marriage date is not known. I can only find one child, Thomas, my 3xGGrandfather.
