The Wylie Line Isabella Wylie (Great Grandmother) 1868 - 1924  M  Thomas Hall 1866 - ???? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- John Wylie (2xGGrandfather) 1839 - 1877  M  Mary Robison 1843 - 1877 John Wylie married Mary Robison in 1864 in Belford district, Northumberland. In the 1871 census they were living at Burton, nr Bamburgh and John was working as an agricultural labourer. They had five children :- George   Wylie    was   born   in   1865   at   Burton   and   died   in   1902.   After   the   death   of   his   parents   in   1877,   he   moved   in with   his   grandparents   Robert   and   Jane   Robison,   living   in   Ditchburn,   working   as   an   agricultural   labourer.   He married   Margaret   Barbara   Coxon   in   1891   and   they   had   five   children,   Mary   Jane   Wylie   born   1892   at   Acklington, John   Robert   Wylie   born   in1893   at   Alnwick,   died   1955,   William   Hutchinson   Wylie   born   1897   at   Acklington,   George Coxon Wylie born 1900 at Denwick, died 1950 and James Thomas Hindhaugh Wylie born 1902 at Whittle. Jane Wylie  was born 1in 1866 at Smeafield, nr Berwick. She died aged 11 in 1877. Isabella Wylie, (my GGrandmother) was born in 1868 at Burton. Elizabeth Wylie  was born in 1871 at Burton and died in infancy in 1872 at Newcastle. Mary   Ann   Wylie    was   born   in   1872   at   Morpeth   and   died   in   1962.   She   married   William   Fife,   a   woodman,   in   1894 and   they   had   seven   children,   Elizabeth   Ellen   Denham   Fife   born   1895   at   Old   Bewick   nr   Eglingham,   John   Fife   born 1896   at   Hepburn   nr   Chillingham,   Isabella   Denham   Fife   born   1900   at   Twizell   nr   Lucker,   David   Denham   Fife   born 1901 at Twizell, William Fife born 1903 at Twizell and Mary Jane Fife born 1908 at Twizell. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- George Wylie (3xGGrandfather) 1789 - 1867  M  Isabella ?????? George Wylie was born in 1789 at Chatton and married Isabella (surname unknown) born 1796 at Sharperton, died 1867. They had seven children :- George Wylie was born in 1814. No further information. Hannah Wylie was born in 1815. No further information. William   Wylie   was   born   in   1827   at   Norham   and   died   in   1893   at   Morpeth.   In   the   1871   census   he   was   listed   as   a sawyer   but   in   1881   he   had   changed   to   a   coal   miner.   He   married   Christiana   Grote,   born   1828   at   Berwick,   in   1866   and they   had   nine   children,   Susannah   Wylie   born   1850   at   Berwick,   Isabella   Wylie   born   1853   at   Newcastle,   George   Wylie born   1855   at   Willington   Quay,   James   Wylie   born   1857   at   Willington   Quay,   William      Wylie   born   1859   at   Togston, John   Wylie   born   1961   at   Berwick,   Christopher   Wylie   born   1868   at   Berwick,   Ralph   Wylie   born   1868   nat   Berwick   and Margaret Wylie born 1871 at Berwick Elizabeth Wylie was born in 1830 at Twizell.
